Hey ladies! So how do you spend the long holidays? I spent mine by giving myself some self pampering session. Been a while since the last time I went for massages. Visited V Beauty Care & Body Care located within Oasis Square in Ara Damansara for a wellness treatments to promote my well-being and relaxation. I can be assured in the good hands of therapists with up to 5 years of experience, dispense services like full body massages, foot reflexology, and scrubs, facials and even manicure & pedicure under one roof. Scheduling for an appointment was a breeze too.
They use Darphin's Paris skin care products by Estée Lauder.
Begin my treatment with oil massages to
relax my body and improves blood circulation. Intense training does tone up my muscle a lot till I had a good laugh with the therapist. She questioned me, what do I put in my stomach? I'm like??? Huh... I don't put anything except my organs? Perhaps,it's my muscles? She seems very amazed with my muscled abs. LOLAnyway, I enjoyed the soothing massage session, though an hour definitely kind of short for full body massage.
Had a cup of hot ginger tea after the massage.
Next, facial! As usual, facial begins with double cleanse, extraction, facial massage followed by a mask. End results.... Brightens and hydrated skin.
Spa = Scrub, mask and mini sauna. Aww... After the treatment, my hand and feet feel so smooth and soft.
Opt for simple bling bling nails tips with yellow nail colours manicure.
