Czech Culinary Experience 2015 @ Vogue Cafe, Renaissance KL


From now till 29th November 2015, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel is proud to present Czech Culinary Experience 2015 at Vogue Cafe featuring guest Chef Jan Michalek, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Kuala Lumpur. Chef Jan Michalek who came all the way from Prague, bring with him a wealth of experience, whipped up a selection of traditional and contemporary Czech cuisine.

Diners will have the option to choose from an exclusive a la carte selection for lunch and dinner, or enjoy the diverse selection available at the dinner buffet. Don't miss out this rare treat to indulge in Czech gastronomy, priced only from RM34 nett for an a la carte order or RM135 nett per person for the dinner buffet and half price for children between 6 to 12 years old.

Highlights from the a la carte menu are Grilovany candat, smetanove kroupy, mlady spenat a chrest, cesnekove maslo (Grilled perch, creamy barley, young spinach, asparagus and garlic butter) and Peceny hrbet ze zveriny s jalovcem, krem z cerveneho deli a jobless, jablkove ragu s grilovanymi mini patizony, opecene bramborove nosy (Roast saddle of venison, juniper, cream of red cabbage and apples, apple ragout with grilled mini squash and roasted potato gnocchi).

At the buffet, enjoy Sunkovy kornoutek s krenovym kremem (Chicken ham roll with horseradish and cheese cream), Svickova na smetane brusinky (Roast Beef, creamy vegetable sauce and cranberries), Kruti zavitek s cervenym helium ve vinne omacce (Turkey roulade with red cabbage in wine sauce), Filet z uzeneho pstruha s jemnou koprovou majonezou a susenymi merunkami (Fillet of smoked trout with a delicate dill mayonnaise and dried apricots), Houskovy knedlik (Bread dumpling), Bramborak (Potato pancakes), Skoricovy krem s jablky (Cinnamon cream with apples), Becherovka rez, limetkovy sorbet (Becherovka fez, limetkovy sorbet (becherovka lime sorbet) and many more.
