If you are at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur lobby lounge, don't miss out the mesmerising Spanish-Guetemalan inspired signature tapas by Sous Chef Pablo Crespo. The 7 signature Tapas will be available from 12.00 noon to 10.00pm daily.  

Roasted bell peppers with capers and anchovies.

Smoked salmon carpaccio with avocado cubes.
This enticing dish is drizzled with lemon-cilantro vinaigrette for the extra zing while pine nuts give the carpaccio its crunchy bite and avocado cubes are added to achieve a perfect balance. 

Beef croquettes with dijon mustard sauce.
Crisp on the outside with creamy filling.

Smoked chicken wrap with cheese, jalapeno and avocado

Cod tartar with avocado and chili oil. 
This dish is inspired by Malaysians love for cod fish and spicy food. 

By using the age-old Peruvian technique of curing fish meat with citrus, Chef Pablo retains the freshness of the cod with chili oil from the indigenous spicy sambal drizzled on top.    

Sous Chef Pablo Crespo joined Renaissance Kuala Lumpur in September 2015 and has work in various 5 star hotels and fine dining restaurants.

Price of the tapas starts from RM18nett and the menu is designed for sharing while enjoying a drink or two with your friends or family.
