The National Culinary Team of Denmark chefs, Sten Slot Knudsen and Mads Sondergaard co-operated with Malaysian top chef, Azim Amran assisted by Director Jochen Kern from BERJAYA University College of Hospitality, School of Culinary Arts, for a real life cooking event where they will prepare food inspired by both Malaysian and Danish cuisine.
The top chefs cooked using ingredients sponsored by Danish companies, which includes dairy products from Arla Foods and Uhrenholt, fish products from Bioceval and Amanda, candy and confiture from Fynbo, cookies from Danish Speciality Foods ingredients for chocolate and confectionary from AAK.
The National Culinary Tem of Denmark has won several international awards and represented Denmark in many acclaimed competitions such as the World Championship. They are also the proud winners of both bronze, silver and gold in different categories at the Culinary Olympic Games in 2012.
Duck cracker topped with button mushroom was terrific.
It was my first time tasting duck cracker, and boy it was so terrific. Yum....
