Hey, foodie! A couples of weeks ago, I was at Ti Chen, Saujana Hotels & Resorts to sample the new creation of sumptuous dim sum by Dim Sum Maestro Chef Yau Kim Yew. Chef Yau has more than 16 years of experience in dim sum making and well known for his creative and tasty dim sum, hence instead of the classic dim sum, we are introduced to an assortment of lamb and beef dim sum, bah kut teh bao and many more.
