The professional culinary team under the tutelage of Chef Sherry, a talented chef with an extensive gastronomical experience in traditional Malaysian culinary arena, will present a buffet spread that boasts 13 states of Malaysia speciality offering wide range of selection from appetizers, salads, main course and dessert in four different menus to chime in with the Ramadhan buffet.
Roasted Lamb
One of the highlights will be the authentic dish origin from East Malaysia Ayam Bakar dalam Buluh or Manuk Pansuh, a dish cooked in bamboo to sealed in the flavours, often prepared on celebration especially Gawai Dayak by Dayak ethnic community in Sarawak.
Roti Jala
The buffet line also features a spectacular array of more than 100 must-have buka puasa dishes with live cooking stations of Malaysian's perennial food such as Popiah Basah, Roti Jala, Putu Bambu and Apam Balik.
Ayam Masak Kuzi(Selatan)
The claypot hot dishes which will be offered in a weekly basis comprise of the traditional selection from various states of Malaysia, Ayam Masak Kuzi(Selatan), Gulai Tempoyak Ikan Patin(East), Daging Goreng Kunyit(Utara), Sotong Masak Hijau(Sabah), Pucuk Paku Goreng Belacan(Sabah) and Sayur Masak Lontong(Selatan), just to name a few.
Western cuisine lovers? Whip up your appetite at Italian pasta station with pasta of the day prepared upon request.
A refreshing conclusion awaits with sweet delights such as local flavoursome Ais Kacang Segar, Lai Chi Kang, array of Biskut Tradisional Raya, Kuih-Muih Melayu & fresh fruits.
