US Fries & Burger Fiesta @ BIG Hug Burger, Subang Jaya

Hey! Remember my recent post on "U.S Burger and Fries Fiesta"? One of the unique burgers that caught my attention is the Nasi Lemak burger. Hence, my weekend cheat meal has to be at the BIG Hug Burger. The restaurant is located in Subang Square Tower and there's ample parking available in the basement of the tower. If I'm not mistaken, parking charges was RM2 per hour, still pretty reasonable right. The first thing that caught my attention upon entering the restaurant was the life size giant bear. OMG... So lovely! Apparently, it was my first visit to this restaurant. LOL 

Nasi Lemak Burger

Sink your teeth into the in-house made soft fluffy toasted pandan bun, topped with tender ayam berempah, fried egg, crispy anchovies, cucumber slices and peanuts. The burger was flavourful and generously laden with cheddar cheese, curry sauce, sambal and santan mayo.  U.S Spice Potato Wedges, the ultimate side dish, was crispy and delicious too.

Grilled Buffalo Chicken Burger
Super light toasted in-house made charcoal bun topped with grilled buffalo chicken, celery, carrot and layered with fresh lettuce, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and blue cheese dressing was equally good too. The sides, U.S Spice Potato slices were crisp outside but soft and crumbly inside, this is potato perfection, I assured you!
