Watsons Move Your Body Zumba 2016 @ Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach

Yo.... Let's move it, move it! It's ZUMBA time! For the third year in a row, Asia's leading health and beauty retailer Watsons Malaysia is back with its successful and record breaking Move Your Body Zumba event. Held in Penang last year, it was the biggest Zumba event in Malaysia with more than 7,000 participants. Well, in case you don't know, Zumba is a fun total body workout that burns huge calories, speed up metabolism and improves cardiovascular health with a fusion of dance moves. This fun Latin-dance inspired workout is a great activity to release stress and suitable for everyone.

This year, Watsons Move Your Body Zumba will be held on 22 October 2016 at the Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach. It will be the biggest ‘Glow In The Night’ theme Zumba beach party with Zumba routines in collaboration with international Zumba organization in the United States, Zumba Fitness. Zumba enthusiasts can look forward to an exciting array of routines led by two Zumba Education Specialists, David Velez from Colombia and Michael Thomas from Australia. The two professionals will be accompanied by heart trumping Zumba tracks from the likes of Malaysia’s finest DJs including Jakeman & Skelator, Leng Yein, Chukiess & Whackboi and H3. Hitz FM radio announcers Ean and Arnold will be joining in the fun with all the Zumba participants too.
