Fried Crispy Pork Belly with Bitter Melon RM28
IMHO, this is one of the least favourite dishes of all. The meat was fried crispy but it was a tad dry too. The bitter melon complements the pork belly very well, though.
Braised Spare Ribs RM35Perfectly braised, the spare ribs were tender and succulent, another crowd pleasing. Served with fried mantao.
Fried Yee Mee with Water Prawn and Truffle RM20
As luxurious as it sounds, the noodles was full of 'wok hei' and infused with sweetness from prawn. Plus, it was not greasy too.
