Stay Beautiful with Mont Dios Crystal White Beverage (Review)



 
As we get older our bodies have different needs, sometimes we might not get enough nutrients from foods alone. How to prepare :

1) Add 1 scoop of Crystal White Beverage into the glass. 
2) Add 100ml of room temperature water and stir.
 3) Add 150ml of hot water and stir well.

My verdict : Taste wise, it was pretty good. It has a slight milky taste with lot of chia seeds. You should really drink it as fast as you could as it can get grainy very fast. So convenient to make, I can have it anytime and anywhere. When I'm out for training, I will bring it along in my shaker. Add in water and shake, voila! A cup of nutritious packed beverage for my daily nutrient  needs. When you have your health, you can focus on everything else in your life.
