U.S Fries Fiesta 2017 @ The Press Room

 

Hola! Still remember the U.S Fries Fiesta I've shared a few days ago? So here we were at The Press Room, Pavilion last night to check out the unique fries creation. 

 

The Press Room Bistro is a really nice laid back bistro that emphasized on simple, modern European food in a friendly and relaxed ambiance. 

 

U.S Potato Poutine with Butter Chicken

 

Wonderfully aromatic chunks of chicken in a creamy curry gravy served on a bed of crispy shoestring fries.

 

U.S Ikan Bilis 'Anchovies' Wedges

 

Mouth-watering potato wedges topped with caramelized onions and crispy fried anchovies, the perfect sweet savoury combination. 

Perfectly crispy on the outside with a fluffy inside, the wedges were simply addictive!
