After a lengthy discussion and selecting my preferred hair colour, my hair stylist, Kit, started to bleach my roots. Prior to that, he applied the scalp protector to protect my scalp.
There's no tingle sensation or any discomfort during the entire process. In fact, there was no chemical whiff at all. The Promaster bleach utilizes two key ingredients,
Arginine and
Cationic Cellulose Damage Protection that help to reduce surface damage and cortex damage in the hair. Arginine is an amino acid that protects hair by preventing damage substances from reacting to the hair surface while the cellulose provides structure and strength to the cells, protects damaged hair from over-exposure to provide even bleaching.
