Christmas is in the air!
We have less than 20 days before Christmas, have you book for your sumptuous festive feast?
For the third year in a row, we had the privileged of joining Hotel Majestic's Festive Dinner Set menu preview and like every year, they never let us down.The luxurious ambiance and the lovely Christmas decorations with The Solianos pay tribute to The Rat Pack wonderful tunes in the background, imagine being drift back to the glamorous era of quality swing music while enjoying your meal. The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur is proud to dedicate this festive season to the incredible talent of the world's most famous entertainers, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr, Dean Martin, Joey Bishop and Peter Lawford, better know as The Rat Pack.


Amuse-Bouche
This makes such a delightful appetizer, the Breaded Camembert Cheese with Blueberry Sauce was cheesy and slightly tangy.

Soup 

Truly comfort food for the soul, the thick and creamy Cream of Watercress Soup with Lobster Meat comes with one large chunk of lobster meat was unique and has a nice depth of flavour.

Mid-course
Roasted Sliced Turkey accompanied with Cranberry Sauce, Stuffed Chestnut and Buttered Vegetables
The roasted festive turkey was soft and tender, the flavours blends in really well with the cranberry sauce, chestnut and vegetables served on the side.

Main Course
Baked Honey Glazed Cod Fish Accompanied with Butter Glazed Asparagus
The baked cod fish served on a bed of asparagus was fresh and succulent with a lovely hint of sweetness from the honey glazed.

Hands-down, this is definitely the biggest winner on the menu, the taste was wonderful and generous portion.

Pudding
Home made Chocolate Fudge Cake with Crispy Brandy Snaps, Berry Comport with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
A sweet ending to our lovely dinner with this lovely plated festive dessert. Simply love the fudge cake subtle, rich chocolate flavour and delicious creamy ice cream. Absolutely divine, oh so pretty!

The Solianos bring you some of the finest music ever recorded such as Fly Me To The Moon, The Lady Is A Tramp, Mr Bojangles, That's Amore, along with seasonal favourites like Merry Little Christmas and Baby It's Cold Outside.
