Executive Chef Muhamad Supi Mansor or fondly called Supi, has more than 15 years of experiences in the culinary world. As Executive Chef, Supi will lead a team of experienced chefs and oversee the entire food and beverage operation in all outlets including TEMPTationS, Dynasty Chinese Restaurant, in-room dining and banqueting events. Supi's passion for cooking was ignited at a very young age. Being the eldest child in his family and having to look after his younger siblings while their parents were at work, Supi learned to cook from his granmother. Being a passionate foodie with a penchant for street food, Supi is a fan of food that stays true to its authentic preparation style. His biggest achievement was winning two international awards, World Luxury Restaurant Award (2016) and Eclectic/International Cuisine, Luxury Family Restaurant for two of the restaurant under his direction when he was in Saudi Arabia.
