Upon entering the cafe, you'll be greeted with a pool of pink and white balls that you could dive into for some insta-worthy shots.
Well, at least unicorns love me!
Girly, charming and perfectly pink hues.
The drinks menu were simple, comprises of classic latte, matcha latte and hot chocolate priced at RM9, while the rest caramel latte, hazelnut latte, mocha, pink latte, purple latte, black sesame latte and mint choc are priced at RM10. Pretty decent pricing right?
We tried the pretty pink latte (beetroot) and purple latte (sweet potato) which don't taste much of beetroot or sweet potato, but very milky. For those that can't handle the taste of beetroot, fret not, this one actually tasted fabulous, I reckon everyone can drink it.
If you're wondering why all the drinks are milk-based, well this is because La Fleur encourages patrons to pour their own latte art.
Food wise, you can indulge in a selection of beautiful and equally delicious cakes, or freshly made waffles or egglets. We managed to try the mango cake (Chee Chee RM18.90), rated No 1 here as in the picture. Not the prettiest cake, but it was lip-smackingly good and the best part, it's not too sweet.
On the other hand, the waffle RM18.90 tasted average and nothing to shout about. In fact, it was a little dense and heavy in texture.
The lovely waffle and egglet making corner.
The wait staff dressed in kawai maid uniform.
So cafe hopper, if you're looking for a new cafe to try, you know where to head to! I'd say La Fleur is a nice cafe for catch up with friends and takes lots of insta-worthy pictures or selfie/wefie.
