Diners can savour the freshest seafood on ice such as green and Chilean black mussels, fresh tiger prawn, slipper lobster, clams, half-shelled scallop, bamboo clams and freshly shucked oysters best accompanied with shallot vinegar, cocktail sauce, lemon wedge, tabasco, horseradish and sriracha sauce.

Also not to be missed, the Live Action Station lined up with a variety of delish seafood dishes cooked to perfection prepared on a rotation basis. Amongst these are oyster florentine, baked dory with bechamel sauce, mozzarella cheese & caper-butter sauce, butter prawn, steamed barramundi in light soya sauce, baked whole salmon in rock salt crust with lemon butter sauce, fish head curry and more.
