Absolutely moist and tender, the collar was wonderfully marbled, simply divine.
The succulent fillet tucked in the pillow-soft steamed bun, smothered with sweet and tangy sauce, it was amazingly delicious.
Sous vide Iberico loin served with pickled cherry tomato RM168
Cooked to medium well, the Iberico loin was slightly pinkish in colour, tender and juicy, oh.... so good! The sweet pickled cherry tomato makes a lovely accompanient to elevate the meat flavour with a hint of sweetness.
Garlic chili steam giant Korean clam RM12/pcs
OMG... this is by far the BIGGEST clam I've ever had! The gigantic Korean clam topped with garlic and chili was aromatic and briny with a hint of sweetness.
Hokkaido scallop cheese tart RM12/pcs
Beautifully presented, the mouth-watering tarts were filled with creamy cheese and one whole plump Hokkaido scallop.
Dry scallop braised fish maw RM98
Braised to perfection, the soft gelatinous fish maw was amazingly tasty, whilst the dry scallop wrapped with cabbage rolls was packed with flavour.
Perfectly light and fluffy, the scrambled eggs topped with ebiko was generously laden with succulent crab meat.

Delicious soft mochi filled with luscious creamy durian puree.
