A medium-sized potato (148 gram) contains only about 115 calories and is an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, potassium, iron and dietary fibre.
In conjunction with the U.S Potatoes Culinary Festival 2018, from now until 31st July 2018, 14 participating restaurants in Kuala Lumpur set to serve a diverse creation of U.S. potatoes. Last week, we decided to check out one of the restaurant, Macaroni, which is located in Klang. If you've been to Macaroni before, I bet you are familiar with the heavenly variety of Western and Asian cuisine. Hence, why not spice up your meal with the newly introduced U.S. Potatoes Culinary Festival 2018 creation?
Fresh garden lettuce accompanied with tuna chunks, U.S Tater Drums, boiled egg, anchovies, black olives, cherry tomato and drizzled with lemon dressing. The U.S Tater Drums packed a punch of flavour was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
