And there's no better place than the posh Celestial Court at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur which has reopened after undergoing a refurbishment recently. We had the privilege of sampling some of the extraordinary new dim sum delicacies from their Imperial Dim Sum Brunch menu. The all-you-can-eat pork free dim sum brunch available on every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday from 10.30am to 3pm features over 70 dim sums and Cantonese a la carte delights is priced at RM138nett per person and RM69 nett per child (9-12 years). Savour in an endless delight of scrumptious dim sums such as Har Kao with Water Chestnut, Grouper Dumpling with Century Egg, Poached Szechuan Crab Meat Dumpling, Bean Curd Rolls in Abalone Sauce, Deep-fried Prawn Dumpling with Fruit Mayo, Prawn and Banana Roll, Marinated Jelly Fish, congee and soup, as well as Roasted Chicken and Duck, Deep Fried Chicken Wing with Preserved Bean Curd, Wok Fried Beef with Black Pepper Sauce, Sauteed Prawn with Honey Bean, Sweet and Sour Grouper Fillet with Pineapple, Braised E-Fu Noodle with Fish Fillet and a selection of desserts, to name a few.
The all-new Celestial Court exudes a posh yet inviting vibe with warm lighting, modern furnishing and timber wall.
Crisp Golden Fried Smoked Salmon Kataifi Roll generously filled with flavourful seafood mousse and avocado served on a bed of mix fruit salad.
Grilled Stuffed Honey Glazed Dried Chicken Meat with Seafood mousse served with Man Tou
Packed with flavour, the combination of tasty dried chicken meat and chicken floss with a drizzle of savoury sauce stuffed in the soft and fluffy man tao was absolutely delish.
Seafood and Black Garlic Dumpling Topped with Savoury Unagi
The addition of black garlic subtly enhance the seafood dumpling flavour, whilst the unagi gives a wonderful sweet-savoury finish.
Prawn Paste Ball with Bitter Gourd in Salted Egg Yolk and Pumpkin Sauce
The flavourful prawn ball coated with thick and aromatic salted egg yolk and pumpkin sauce taste absolutely amazing. The only downside was the texture a tad soggy.
Signature Prawn and Chicken Siew Mai
Hands down, nothing beats this beautifully crafted luscious classic favourite with the perfect ratio of prawn and chicken.
Pan Fried Dumpling with Chicken, Shrimp and Kimchi
Pan fried till golden brown with a wonderful crisp crust, the dumpling was juicy and succulent with a hint of spicy and sour notes.
Also worth mentioning, the sweet glutinous rice dumplings filled with flavourful savoury minced chicken.

Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Roasted Sesame Cucumber
Fried to perfection, these aromatic and delish soft shell crab makes a great appetizer.
Wok Fried Atlantic Cod Fish in Butter Cream Sauce
Crisp crust with a moist center, the cod fish taste absolutely succulent and delicious. The rich and creamy butter cream sauce adds a heavenly depth of flavour to the fish.
Roasted Lamb Rack served with Mint Chutney, String Bean in XO Sauce
Roasted to a beautiful medium-rare, the lamb was very tender and flavourful without any trace of gaminess. It was so good that even my friend who doesn't eat lamb also enjoyed it. The magnificent mint chutney makes a delicious accompaniment too.
Wok Fried Salted Egg King Tiger Prawn served with Green Papaya Salad
So fresh and huge, the King Tiger prawn given a good toss with the luscious salted egg yolk and crispy curry leaves was aromatic and succulent, whilst the tangy papaya salad lends body and flavour to the dish.
Wok Fried Beef Tenderloin Cube with Jade Kai Lan, Cashew Nuts in Pepper Garlic Sauce
Absolutely tender and flavourful, the beef cube laden in savoury black pepper garlic sauce with crispy cashew nuts, thick and crunchy Kai Lan packed with flavour.
Braised Bamboo Pith with Mushroom and Asparagus
Wonderfully braised, the bamboo pith stuffed with delectably crisp and sweet, thick asparagus, truly a hearty combination of flavour and textures.
We were delighted to end our meal on a sweet note with these mouth-watering beautifully presented desserts.
