Experience Ultimate Refreshment with Tiger Crystal

Greetings from KL's Coolest bar, literally a pop up bar by Tiger Crystal specially constructed from a cold room with a sub-zero temperature at The Square in Publika Mall. Last week, Tiger launched its new crystal cold brew beer filtered at -1°C to lock in the most desirable flavours and aromas for ultimate refreshment. Easy-to-drink, ultra-refreshing and less bitter than other beers, Tiger Crystal is ideal for those drinkers looking for something different. 

Imparting a more rounded flavour and pale golden colour, the secret of this new Tiger Crystal brew is the special 'light-stable' hops used in the brewing process. Combined with crystal cold filtration, this results in an exceptionally refreshing, crisp and pure lager with a lower bitterness. 

We were provided with warm winter jackets and gloves to protect ourself from the cold as we immersed into a world of ultimate refreshment in the cold room. It was an interesting journey learning about the unique brewing process with a series of interactive installations as we made our way through the frozen landscape towards the Tiger Crystal ice bar.

Built out of real ice, the ice bar was the perfect location to try the new Tiger Crystal especially when it was served in a custom-made glass hewn from blocks of ice. How cool is that!

And not to mention, the interior of the cold room was also filled with ice sculptures and other art installations in a true Tiger fashion which was very Instagrammable too.

After braving the icy temperatures inside, it was time to get the blood pumping again with performances from some of KL's coolest local bands, namely Ryot Jones, An Honest Mistake, Kaya, DJ Bunga and more.

As always, Tiger event wouldn't  be complete without a tantalising assortment of street food. Tiger Uncage Street Food heroes Bacon It and Kent Lee took center stage with Kent's signature Roast Pork which pair well with the ice cold refreshing Tiger Crystal. Meanwhile, Bacon It had a unique twist to their famous porky popcorn with the succulent chunks of bacon marinated in a Tiger Crystal glaze. Other vendors including My Burger Lab, My Boba Lab and The Social also rounded off a menu designed to pair perfectly with the new brew.

Fret not, if you missed out on this 'KL's Coolest Bar' as Tiger Crystal will soon bring ultimate refreshment across the country with a portable version housed in a custom-made Ice Truck. In addition, selected bars, pubs and malls will also see activations where consumers stand a chance to win exclusive Tiger Crystal merchandise, available while stock lasts.
