Braised Seafood Soup with Dry Scallops
Served piping hot, the rich and flavourful soup was generously loaded with crab meats and scallops.

Roast 'Pei Pa' Chicken
The roast chicken was aromatic and tender, I enjoyed it, however, personally I feel the sauce is a tad sweet for my liking.

Steamed Garoupa Fish with Ginger Soya & Ginseng Herb Sauce
Perfectly steamed, the sweet and succulent fish was drenched in a bed of aromatic and nourishing herb sauce.

 Braised Broccoli with Black Mushroom and Fish Maw

'Duo' Stir Fried Prawns with Golden Salted Egg and Butter Prawns with Crispy Oats and Curry Leaf
One of my favourite dishes, the prawns were tasty and highly aromatic, both were equally tasty. Beautifully presented, it was such an inviting dish!

 Fried Rice with Shrimp and Silver Anchovies

Chocolate Ripple Ice Cream Cake
Ending on a sweet note, we were served a slice of cake each! And boy it was so good that we managed to polish clean the whole plate.
