Hmm.... What to cook today? Ever since the implementation of MCO, I've been cooking more often at home and if there is one ingredient that you'll always find in my kitchen, it has to be U.S. potatoes! They're so versatile and can be cooked in a variety of ways from baked, steamed, fried to boiled, you can't go wrong with potatoes. Not only delicious, one medium-size potato contains just 110 calories with no fat, sodium or cholesterol and packed with nutritional values due to its attributes such as great source for nutrient dense complex carbohydrates. They are also a good source of Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and contains more potassium than a banana. No matter fresh or frozen, U.S. potatoes does not compromise on its taste and flavour. In fact, U.S. potatoes are recognised for its high quality due to the ideal growing temperatures, rich soil, state-of-the-art processing and generations of expertise. Not to mention, the stringent U.S. industry standards that meet all the Food and Drug Administration and USDA specifications ensure U.S. potatoes are safe and of top-quality.
Are you ready to incorporate more U.S. potatoes into your daily cooking but running out of cooking ideas? Fret not!
