Exploring Bandar Sri Sendayan, Seremban

Feeling the vibes of New Zealand’s scenery! How stunning is that? We made an impromptu trip to Seremban last weekend and couldn’t resist stopping to take a quick picture when we passed by the famous scenic Temiang-Pantai highway. Seremban is a great place for a laidback road trip with plenty of good food, just an hour and a half from Kuala Lumpur.

We started our journey in Seremban by exploring the Heritage Market (Pasar Warisan Seremban) that takes place every Sunday from 7am to 5pm. Here, you can find a wide variety of pre-loved items, from antiques to clothing to paintings and many more. 

After we finished exploring the market, we decided to have breakfast at Restaurant Melido. The restaurant is famous for its Hakka mee and yong tau foo. I found the noodles to be decent, but I was particularly fond of their fish cake and bean curd. 

Our next stop was the Narayana Tea Stall which is located at Bandar Sri Sendayan. The restaurant is halal-certified and serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. It is a great spot for breakfast, lunch, tea or even dinner. Must try includes tandoori chicken, garlic naan, mutton Maggi goreng, masala tea and mango lassi. 

The Merchant Square at Bandar Sri Sendayan boasts a diverse selection of restaurants, ranging from Malay to Chinese to Indian cuisine.

We couldn’t resist admiring the gorgeous Bayu Sutera neighbourhood while we were there. Being a nature lover, the Breezeway, a 9.5-acre central park with manicured landscapes, definitely caught my attention. It is the perfect place to relax, exercise and enjoy outdoor activities. 

Next, we move on to the d'Tempat Country Club, which is just a short distance away from Bayu Sutera. Did you know that this is the largest country club in Negeri Sembilan? The club cater to the needs of the residents as well as people living in neighbouring Bandar Sri Sendayan. 

The club spanning 380,000 sq. ft. offers a variety of family-oriented activities for relaxation, recreation and leisure such as a cineplex, gym, sports facilities, reading room, bowling and swimming pool.

Check out the magnificent Olympic-sized swimming pool! They even have an aqua gym, jacuzzi, splash pool and children's wading pool with water slides.

The spacious fitness centre offers state-of-the-art cardio machines, weight-training equipment and free weights.

Before I knew it, I ended up at the Bayu Sutera's sales gallery to check out its latest project, Izara, which is double-storey link home. The freehold landed property, which has only 200 units,  has a built-up of 2,315 sq. ft with 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. The fact that it has a secured enclave with high-security fencing and a guard post provides total peace of mind is something I love.
