As the name suggests, Ba Fang Yang Kut Teh is famed for its one-of-a-kind lamb bone soup "Yang Kut Teh", which embodies the fusion of China and Malaysian cuisine, much like the backgrounds of its owners, Low Wei Hong and his wife Zhang Yulin. This dish represents a unique culinary innovation, blending the flavours of Cantonese lamb brisket pot from China with Malaysia's beloved bah kut teh, Malaysia's first-ever "Yang Kut Teh", focusing on the broth's essence.
