Teaming up with top local chef, Collin Lim, San Remo held a cooking demonstration at The Cooking House, Bangsar to show just how versatile pasta can be.
Chef Collin added his own interpretation to dishes that saw the wholesome goodness of pasta enriched with Malaysian flavours and ingredients with delicious results, suitable not only for breaking of fast, Sahoor and Raya open houses but also as an everyday staple.
Inspired by the coming festive season, Chef Collin presented 3 delicious and healthy localised pasta dishes. So easy to prepare, perfect dish for Sahoor.

The talented chef effortlessly demonstrated how simple it is to cook with different types of pasta. For a full-bodied Malaysian twist, he matched each type of pasta with a blend of ingredients, fresh herbs and spices including red chilies, ginger, turmeric, lemongrass and onions for aromatic goodness and rich flavours that one could easily make at home.

No, we did not win the challenge! But we really have so much fun. Ohh... Mr Mohan Alagappar, General Manager of GBA Corporation Sdn Bhd did mention that our pasta is cooked perfectly. :)
